Acceptance and services
By using DestinyVed or purchasing a service, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies. DestinyVed provides Vedic astrology, Kundali-related analysis, numerology, compatibility analysis, Panchang information, personalised automated, semi-automated and manually reviewed reports, consultations, and educational or traditional interpretive content.
Interpretive nature and no guaranteed outcomes
Astrology and numerology are traditional interpretive systems. Different practitioners, traditions, calculation systems, software and methodologies may produce different interpretations; a difference alone is not proof of an error or deficient service. Reports describe tendencies and interpretations, not guaranteed outcomes. We do not guarantee marriage, divorce, childbirth, employment, promotion, business success, investment return, wealth, health, court or immigration outcome, examination result, relationship result or any future event.
Customer data responsibility
Please review every input before payment or submission. Personalised reports are calculated from the information you provide. You are responsible for confirming your full name, date of birth, exact birth time, birthplace, gender where requested, partner or spouse information for compatibility services, and other requested inputs. DestinyVed is not responsible for inaccurate, incomplete or materially different results caused by incorrect customer-provided data, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Birth-time accuracy
Exact birth time is particularly important for Vedic astrology. Birth-time differences can materially affect certain calculations depending on the chart and analysis, including Ascendant/Lagna, house positions, divisional charts, planetary and dasha-related interpretations, and marriage, career, education or children analysis. Birthplace can also affect time-dependent calculations.
Customer decisions
You remain responsible for your decisions. Do not use DestinyVed as the sole basis for medical care, mental health, legal proceedings, finance, investment, tax, employment, marriage or divorce, pregnancy or fertility, property, business, immigration, education or other important matters. Seek qualified professional advice where appropriate.
Personalised digital services, pricing and payment
Personalised reports and services are digital products or services tailored to your information. Once processing, generation, preparation or fulfilment begins, they ordinarily cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Payments may be processed by providers such as Razorpay. See our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for details.
Intellectual property and prohibited use
DestinyVed retains rights in report text, interpretations, rule libraries, calculation presentation, graphics, website content, branding, algorithms where protectable and educational content. Your personal report is for personal use only; it may not be commercially resold, bulk copied, scraped, republished or incorporated into competing products without written permission. You must not gain unauthorised access, abuse systems, commit payment fraud, bypass security, impersonate others, commercially reproduce content or attempt to reverse engineer protected interpretation libraries where prohibited by law.
Availability and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, hosting or Cloudflare outages, network or email-delivery failures, third-party failures and events outside reasonable control may affect access. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DestinyVed is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from use of interpretive content or service interruption. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
International customers and governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply and cannot lawfully be excluded, nothing in these Terms excludes those rights. Consultation booking or rescheduling terms may be shown at booking and, if clearly disclosed, apply to that booking.
Future paid-order records
For future paid-order implementation, DestinyVed intends to maintain an appropriate order audit record, which may include an internal order ID, payment transaction ID, date and time of acceptance, purchased product, amount and currency, customer-submitted report inputs, accepted policy version, correction-request history and fulfilment status. Such records must never include CVV, UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password or OTP.
Future checkout acknowledgement
A future paid checkout should require an unchecked acknowledgement confirming that report inputs are accurate, that incorrect information can materially affect results, and that the customer has read the applicable Terms, Refund, Cancellation and Privacy Policies. This is a future implementation recommendation and does not alter existing free-report forms.
