Digital delivery
DestinyVed primarily provides digital products and services. Unless a future product expressly says otherwise, no physical shipping, courier delivery or shipping charge applies. Reports may be displayed on the website, available to download, provided by secure link, sent by email, or delivered by another clearly disclosed electronic method.
Processing
Automated reports are normally processed electronically after successful payment, subject to technical availability. Semi-automated and manually reviewed reports may have a separate delivery estimate shown on the relevant product page. We do not promise one global delivery time for all products.
Your responsibilities
Please provide a correct email address, phone or WhatsApp number where needed, name, date of birth, birth time, birthplace and other requested information. Incorrect contact or report details, spam filters, internet or provider issues, and third-party outages can delay delivery or affect the result.
Non-delivery support
If you have not received a report through the stated delivery method, check spam or junk folders and contact contact@destinyved.com with your order reference. We will review the fulfilment status and provide reasonable assistance.
